Although I long put my "Web Usability Fanboy" days behind me it still riles me when I see Web Design, Web Development or Web Creative Agencies use Flash for their whole site structure.
I'm not against flash but I expect those in the business to know the strengths and weaknesses of the web technologies and in what instances should it be responsibly used. If I come across any web agency who uses a full Flash interface for its site, I say it reflects poorly on their ability to make good design decisions, notwithstanding whatever great talents in Flash,HTML,CSS,PHP they have in their stable etc.
Seriously, if you're making money on web design, your corporate website should be able to be viewed by a whole range of different browsers, WITHOUT plug-ins.
