It's been sometime since I've been pic-posting about foods. Here's an interesting snack from my parent native homelands (it's just across the border in Melaka actually, heheh). We call it "Cakar Ayam", literally translated; Chicken Scratch. There is a different term called "Cakar Harimau" but that has a whole different meaning down here ;)
This version made by my cousin is more bite-sized and very light and crumbly. Recommended to stuff whole thing inside mouth to prevent from having to pick tiny crumbs off table-top/floor later on.
Caution : Slightly on the Oily Side.
